and Fees
Delivery fees:
May vary depending on the
distance being traveled. Most local deliveries will cost $25.00 and
includes delivery of products and equipment and pickup of equipment.
Wait staff fees:
The rate for wait staff is
$15.00/hr per wait staff, with a three hour minimum.
Other charges:
All disposable utensils are
furnished at no extra cost.
China, flatware, and linens
are charged from $2.99 per person depending on the quality and the design
requested.
The
final balance will be billed on the day of the event, and full payment
is required within 15 days. Finance charge will apply if payment not
received within the 15 days term.
There
is an additional Michigan Sales Tax (6%) applied.
Gratuity
is not included in the final bill.
If
your event facility has a surcharge for caterers, your final bill will
add that surcharge amount.
