Our event coordinators are available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 7 pm, to help with your catering needs and questions.

An order of minimum 10 persons is our policy.

All events catered by Lansing Catering include complete set-ups, including all necessary heavy-duty foam products or fancy plastic ware.

Disposable trays and/or utensils provided with the food-only deliveries are yours to keep and/or dispose of .

Please set the date for your event, and place your order as far in advance as possible. Even if you are not sure of the final count, ask us to “pencil you in” for the dates you are considering. If we get other requests for the same time, we will consult with you first.
We request that your final menu and number of guests be confirmed 48 business hours in advance of your event.
An earlier confirmation may be required for large groups or special menus.

Invoices will include nominal Service Charge of $20.00 or 10% of the subtotal, whichever is greater.
The Service Charge includes the cost of linens, delivery, and miscellaneous items.

A deposit may be required for each event, and payment is due within two weeks following the event.

Payment can be made by Visa, American Express, Check or Cash.

All Charges are subject to State of Michigan sales tax.

If you are a Tax-Exempt Corporation, a current copy of the Michigan Sales Tax Exemption Certificate must be provided prior to the event.
